This Amritsar carpet #7293 measures 7’3” x 9’9” (222 x 301 cm). It is extremely finely woven from the finest pashmina wool. It has a dark blue center with a very complicated floral motif in pale sky blue, light rose and a beautiful well saturated green. This is all laid out on a medium rose field with tobacco corners. It has an ivory floral motif with light blue tulips with green encompassed with a major border composed of a floral motif of acantha leafs and carnations on a very dark navy blue ground. The major border embraces two minor reciprocal borders of meandering flowers and vines drawn in a very interesting manner. The ends and sides are complete and have never even been overcast. This rug is in absolutely perfect condition and of the finest pashmina wool!
