a brilliant and very fine antique silk embroidered Turkoman Turkmen talismanic armband (bazooband) attribute to Yomud / Yomut tribes. Dating to the 19th century, this fantastic Central Asian embroidery has wonderful workmanship with an archaic design and gorgeous rustic colours. While one does see younger and more coarse examples in the market, a piece with such finesse is hard to find. The design and colours are exceptional. In pristine condition. It boasts a beautiful printed cotton longing. Email your question. size: 20cm x 7cm (8" x 2.75”).. …..
