Antique tribal Uzbek saddle cover / rug with interesting design. Circa 1900. Size: 2ft 3in x 2ft 0in (69 x 60cm). Excluding tassels. This excellent tribal saddle rug from Uzbekistan, features an interesting design with five 'guls' on a madder red ground. Note the opening for the pommel of the saddle and the original decorative tassels. Excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile, some signs of tribal use.
