most unusual rug i ever saw.one of my favorite(one of my darlings) from my private collection.it has all the right colours.right age.each colour in this piece is something.i get too happy when i look at it or when i touch and feel the pile of it.so soft and silky wool .i love to drink some tea or coffe and enjoy the beauty of this miss or mr.carpet;)i hope someone will help me about this piece.i have some guesses and ideas about it but open to your ideas,too.i will be very happy if you can share with me your ideas.and why is it like chuval?it is neither a kilim nor a soumack but it looks like open ala-chuval.has anyone seen such a rug?if yes and if you have such a piece i will be happy to see it and if it is for sale and real old i am ready to buy it,too.i have never seen such unusual piece at shops,museums,books and so.it is complate and original with good high piles and great wool.can it be from konya or cappadocia?it has real age and looks like a very early piece,too.please email me if you know about it or if you are crazy as me for such things to try to tempt me to sell it to you with your serious offer;)i am open to ideas and also ready to be tempted,too.thank you dear friends,deallers,collectors and everone who has attention for this lovely piece.
