a complete rare early large Jaf style Kurdish zili heybe saddle bag. Unusual primitive abbreviated hands on hips type motifs, wool on wool flatweave foundation with a black goat hair warp. Hand washed, in original condition as found in Cappadocia with antique repairs to kilim back and wear to zili embroidery consistent with age. Mid to late 19th century. 154cm x 65cm.
