price reduced for quick sale!!! a South Persian bag with beautiful kelim. Look at that fantastic aubergine. Measures close to 28" x 47". i believe the stains in the kelim should be able to be taken out without much of a problem. i have not tried. This is just the way i found it.Someone had asked me some questions about this piece and asked if i would send him a picture of the back of the kelim which i added now in the last picture. This is what i told him:I took a picture of the other side of the kelim for you. As you can see there is only a hint of the stain that comes through. i would almost be certain that a cleaning by someone like Bob Mann should be able to take out the stains. The white film that you see is just from something that was stored in the bag over the years. It is not any kind of glue or such. I'm sure the film will come off with a good cleaning also. It is just the way i found it. i believe that if i took the time to have it properly cleaned it would have been able to sell it at my original price.
