Origin: Turkey. Oushak
Size: 6'7" x 8'11"'
Age: approximately 125 - 150 years old
Wool. Tightly spun.
Slit tapestry weave. Reversible.
In this kilim we see the colors of early pile rugs of Oushak, in beautiful natural dyes of ochre, gold and turquoise, greens and white. Possibly woven in Manastir.
A collector's rug to be preserved.
Condition: it should be backed.
