Old Oushak carpet. Over 95% full pile. Age-related wear, minor damage consistent with a roughly hundred year old antique. a couple of ragged areas at the outer border. There are a few, localised marks. One of the end borders has slight discolouration. At one end of the carpet the main ground has one or two areas of wear with foundation showing and some localised stains & wax spots. There has been no major damage and, except for minor ragged edges and areas that could easily be re-piled, this carpet is in remarkable condition for age. Only one tiny hole. Please note that the centre of the carpet has had more wear than the borders but is still generally good. There has been no apparent restoration. Colours: Aubergine, ivory, olive green, light blue, dark indigo blue, rust red, mustard orange. Size: 10 foot 5 inches long x 9 foot 1 inches wide.
