Antique small Caucasian Soumak rug with an interesting and unusual "kufic" border design. Some heavy oxidation, scattered wear, edge damage and and one good size hole. All good natural colors. Recently washed and structurally sound. Good age, ca 1880 or earlier weaving. Offered fresh here and not in St. Louis. Measures 4' 8" x 6' 2"
