Caucasian prayer rug, probably Gendje, 19th century, 4.4 x 2.9. Perfect condition, outstanding and all natural colors, unusual square mihrab, and an extremely rare diagonal stripe design. Note the anthropomorphic figure in the rug's lower left corner. a publishable piece, in my opinion.
