Old embroidered Indian game board, or so I’m told. My source tells me it’s for a game called “Dara” that’s played in western India and the Sind. i do know that it’s embroidered on a piece of handloomed black cotton cloth in mostly chain stitch and mirror work and that it’s 23 x 21 inches.
