Authentic tribal bag or "chanteh" for storing personal effects (money, comb, mirror, etc.) used by Luri nomads from south western Iran, from about 1940 or before, with nice patina of use, sturdy goat-hair warp, piled front and kilim rear without repairs or holes, top strap not original and closure loops missing, but otherwise original and intact, 30x30cms, nice colours.
