Azerbaijan, north of Baku, village of Khizy or Xixi. Sometimes such pieces are called Shirwan or simply Baku. This is a sumakh mafrash end panel dated 1315 or 1897. Size is cm 37x66. Such panels are extremely rare and beautiful. Dragons and carnations all over the sweet panel. Two dates clearly visible. condition issues: a couple of tiny tears. Beautiful and extremely rare.
