Jaff Kurd pile khorjin. --- For once complete!
Size is cm 55x250 or 21’x102’
Each bag is roughly cm 55x64 or 21’x25’
Age could well be the 4th quarter of the 19th c. or earlier
This khorjin was originally folded, while later side seams
have been removed and is now one long strip.
Long silky, deep, dense pile.
Each bag holds a central medallion surrounded with
multicolored diamonds and chevrons on top.
Awesome, bright, deep, natural saturated colors.
Madder red plain weave back with brocaded strips.
In good condition, no holes, no restorations.
The khorjin will be shipped from the Usa.
