Baluchi kilim. Cm 100x180 ca. Early eighties. - At that time i used to fly to Pakistan to buy antique Central Asian rugs and kilims. Very soon i was asked to help the Afghans by buying the kilims they were weaving in the refugee camps in Baluchistan/Quetta area and in the New West Frontier/Peshawar. i sold many, mostly without profit. Now i have 8 pieces left. Eight nice, strong, decorative kilims. i closed my gallery a couple of years ago and they are in my little warehouse. . They are all more or less the same.
