I am a lover of all things woollen...From Balouch and Ersari carpets to Highland Sheep and Harris Tweeds. I am particularly fond of Afghan productions (old and new) having lived in Kabul for a year as a young man. Although I did not meet him at the time, I like to think that I was breathing the same air as my hero, George O'Bannon. I love learning the history of Central Asia... too, I love trout, kitty cats and meeting fine folks from around the world.
