After growing up in Basel Switzerland all my life around 25 Years ago I started to work in my Parents Carpet Store.... Taking care of our office, later also marketing, purchased and sales.... I was lucky to make a great first antique trade which turned on my initial interest for the antique rugs, quickly after I was also captured by rarity, colours, age and rare design combinations.... Since Switzerland is blessed by having a intence quantity of Heriz rugs there was a nice solid base of trade which permitted to make trading experiences with other antique rug types.
