Wonderfulweavings
Located in Laramie, Wyoming. As any collector knows, there comes a time when what you have acquired over the years just takes up to much space or there just isn't enough room to display your collection. My interest began back in the early 70's where I began learning about rugs by visiting many of the northeastern "county" auctions and making my first purchases. Many of those pieces were taken to 225 Fifth Avenue where a quick buck was made...you have to pay to learn! After a few years, I moved to San Francisco and got caught up in the rug frenzy going on there and was part of Samarkand Gallery located on Sutter Street. Since then I have travelled to China, Tibet and Nepal.
